Not all notebook entries are showing in a record

This article explains what to do if you are unable to see all notebook items or to see older notebook entries.

To clear any filtering being applied to notebook entries and see the full list:

  1. Click on the little crossed-through funnel iconCrossed out funneljust below and to the left of column headings.

  2. Click on the 3 horizontal bars icon (ā ‡)near the top right of the screen.

  3. Choose All from the drop-down menu.

  4. Click the All large folder in the central notebook folder pane.
