Sync works as follows:
When there is more than one eMail address on a contact, the system will use the Email (Office) address for synchronising with the Client Notebook.
If there is only 1 eMail address, then that is the one that will be used to synchronise with the Client Notebook.
If the most recent eMails are sent from one of the alternate eMail addresses then these will not synchronise with the client notebook.
Check that the Primary eMail address is set to the eMail address that will sync.
