See all available Notebook Types and Templates

This article explains what to do if you can't see all available Notebook Types and Templates, Templates missing or how to restrict Notebook Types and Templates to specific groups/users/sectors.

When creating Notebook Types and Templates, check that:

  • The Notebook type is enabled for the relevant type of record, i.e. Applicant and/or Contact.

  • The Notebook Type is assigned to the correct Users, Groups or Sectors (no assignment = all users can use it).

These can be checked in retrospect by clicking menu items

  1. Click Options and then click Document Manager.

  2. Click Notebook Types and Templates.

  3. Find the notebook type and edit the assignment.
