You can batch reassign consultants on client, contact, applicant, job and placements records by using the user reassign utility plugin which can be installed , free of charge from the RDB store.
To install this:
Click Plugins and then click RDB store.
Search for the plugin called User reassign utility.
Click Install.
If it is installed already but not assigned to you, you can assign it by:
Click Options and then click Manager.
Select Plugins.
Find the plugin and assign it to the user who will be using it.
Once this plugin is installed or assigned to you, you will need to restart RDB. Once this is done, the plugin can be found on the Plugins tab.
