CV Reader Results - Failed to Open File

Not able to preview documents under CV Reader Results when scrolling through the documents and you get the below error message. Error message Failed to open the file Details: The left/right margins overlap the width of the page. (01-380D)

User needs to move the documents from the AppData area for the CVReaderNET and change the file format:

  1. Open File Explorer and then enter %appdata% in the path bar.

  2. Click First Choice Software and then click CVReaderNET.

  3. Click Dropzone and finally click (Root).

  4. Move folders of the CV documents into another path (e.g. Documents folder).

  5. Open each document and paste content into a blank WordPad document then save as .rtf.

  6. Copy the .rtf format of the documents into the desktop dropzone shortcut.

  7. Wait for the CV Reader to upload the new .rtf documents.
