Check the Hidden Columns box is not checked when selecting column.
To make all columns appear in the applicant search:
Click Search and then click Clients / Contact / Applicant.
Click Add column and then click Show Hidden columns to make all columns appear.
To unhide a column:
Select the hidden column and click Show column.
