Column not showing in search

This article explains what to do if a user cannot see a field when selecting columns for a client search.

Check the Hidden Columns box is not checked when selecting column.

To make all columns appear in the applicant search:

  1. Click Search and then click Clients / Contact / Applicant.

  2. Click Add column and then click Show Hidden columns to make all columns appear.

To unhide a column:

  1. Select the hidden column and click Show column.
