The invoice address is not pulling through to the placement

This article explains why, when the Invoice Address is changed, it is not pulling through to the placement.

In order for the invoice address to be pulled through the placement, the client's billing information needs to be filled in before the placement is created. To check and update this please follow the below steps:

  1. Open the Client record that the invoice belongs to.

  2. Click Financial, then Billing Information.

  3. Fill in the Billing Address.

  4. Click Save and Close.

If the Placement has been generated already then you need to:

  1. Go to the Placement.

  2. Edit the Invoice address.

  3. Click Save and Close.

Alternatively, you can delete the placement and re-create it and the latest address will be picked up.
