If you navigate within Access RDB to:
Click Clients and then click Financial.
Click Purchase Orders.
You are then able to add information about Purchase Orders.
📌 Note: There isn't any functionality within Access RDB to depreciate the value of the Purchase Order as it gets used up on jobs.
⚠️ Important: The Purchase Order will no longer be usable after the expiry date.
