Please check that there is not a filter set on one of the columns - the funnel icon would be yellow if there is one set.
If there is a filter set, clear the filter and the rows should appear.
To clear the filter for Text fields:
Select a field where the filter is set.
Click on the hamburger menu.
Click the Clear option.
To clear the filter for Calendar fields:
Select the field where the filter is set.
Click on the hamburger menu.
Select Between.
Click the icon on the right hand side of the first field.
Enter a dummy date (e.g. 01/01/2024).
Click on the next field.
Click the icon on the right hand side of the next field.
Enter a dummy date (e.g. 31/07/2024).
Click Apply Filter.
repeat the steps for both dates but this time choose the Clear option.
Click Apply Filter.
