Redirect Inbound SMS To Selected Users?

This article explains how to limit the recipients of inbound SMS messages coming in from someone on the system with multiple records or if the sender can’t be found within the system and the message is forwarded to all users.

It is possible to redirect SMS messages from unknown senders or senders with multiple records to a selected group.

⚠️ Important: As with most group changes you need to be careful of how putting unrelated users in a single Group will affect their access rights.
