This error usually means that the SSL certificate installed on your timesheet portal or SQL Server is not valid.
If your SQL server is hosted in-house, please speak to your IT provider to arrange for a new certificate on the server.
If both your SQL Server and your Timesheet portal are hosted by Access, please raise a new online case mentioning the title of this article.
Please also provide your timesheet portal URL.
Timesheet portal Error: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.
If you get one of the following errors you you login to your portal: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority or The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure. See solution below.
