CloudCall plugin is not working correctly

This article explains what to do if: - The call box appears but it is black and doesn't actually dial out as there is no name attached and the call remains at 00.00. - The CloudCall plugin is linking the wrong jobs to an applicant, contact or client.

The CloudCall Plugin is a third party plugin developed and supported by CloudCall themselves therefore any issues with their plugin in RDB would need to be raised through CloudCall directly.

Before doing so however, we would suggest that the CloudCall plugin is updated to the latest version available in the RDB Store, and that users have been assigned access to it as appropriate.
