Timesheet Batch not creating timesheet

This article explains what to do if, when running the Timesheet Batch, a timesheet is not being created where there is an active placement within the selected date range that this has been run on.

Please check the following information:

  1. Ensure the placement dates are within the range as selected in the Timesheet Batch, if all details are relevant and a timesheet should have been created.

  2. Check to see if a timesheet has already been created by other means. The Timesheet Batch does not create duplicate timesheets, so if one was not created it is likely to already exist against the placement.

  3. The Timesheet Batch will generate timesheets based on the Week Ending day a user has set in their User Preferences.

    1. Click Options and then click User Preferences.

    2. Click General and set Week Ends On day.
