What am I entitled to under the Essential success plan?

We provide 3 types of success plans. Essentials , Standard and Premier.

The Essential plan is included with your Access Software free and provides online support for all your queries through our Customer success portal.

Support services:

  • Unlimited problem resolution support via online customer success portal.

  • This package does not include the ability to raise User support (how to) cases but you can ask your questions on our community.

  • 9am-5pm UK Time service hours.

  • 2 Named support contacts.

  • P1 - 2 hr response time (this is log in issues or payroll).

  • Product knowledge base.

  • Library of recorded webinars.

⚠️Important: This package does not include phone support.
