Your RDB database has run out of allocated space in one or more of its filegroups.

Clients using our Virtual Office platform or desktop Hybrid RDB solution should please contact us via the MyAccess portal and reference the title of this article.

Clients having a self-hosted or third-party hosted database will need to contact their IT team to resolve the issue for them. The following points are for general guidance only towards this resolution:

  • The database is by default named Pronet but this may vary.

  • Check for adequate server storage space for the database to grow into.

  • Check that the filegroup autogrow settings are appropriate; they may need adjusting.

  • If autogrowth is deemed inappropriate it may be necessary to manually increase filegroup disk space allocation.

Following resolution of the issue, you may wish to take steps towards reducing the size of your database to help avoid re-occurrence in the near future - please refer to this article for more information.
