Change a dual-role applicant/contact back to their single role

This article explains what to do if you want to change a dual-role applicant/contact back to their single role.

It is not possible to change a dual-role applicant or contact back to single role - deleting one or other of the roles will delete both records.

The only way around this is to set up 2 new records - one as a contact and one as an applicant.
