Exclude internal emails from being synced

This article explains how to stop Access RDB Sync from syncing internal emails.

To prevent any Internal emails from being Sync a user with administrator rights will need to:

  1. Open Access RDB.

  2. Click Options and then click Manager.

  3. Click System Owner and then click Internal Domains and Detect.
    If Access RDB doesn't detect any internal domains click Add and type in your email domain.

  4. Click Save and Close.
