You can use Automatch Narrow or Automatch to search the database to find suitable applicants for a selected job through the job Index or inside a job.
This option can be found on the left of the Job index of the job.
The search criteria used for Automatch and Auto Match Narrow are:
Applicant is available in their diary.
Applicant is in the same sector as the job.
Applicant status is New or Live.
Applicant is not excluded from the client.
Applicant matches one attribute on the job (if there are any).
Applicant is not in the review list / applicant action for the job.
The difference between Automatch and Narrow match:
Automatch: Radius search within 80km of client address.
Automatch Narrow: Radius search within 40km of client address.
