RDB crashes when scrolling through a Job Review List or Auto Match results list

This article explains what to do if you get an Unhandled exception error when searching for applicants from a job.

This can occur when scrolling quickly through the Job Review or Auto Match list, if the Latest CV tab is active in the preview panel, as the previews may not be able to keep up with he speed of scrolling.

The issue can be prevented by doing one of the following:

  1. Make any other tab except the Latest CV tab active in the preview pane.

  2. Scroll less quickly through the list.
