Timesheet approval emails not going to secondary authorisers

It seems that users who are secondary timesheet authorisers, are not getting the emails asking them to approve timesheets. All contacts should be receiving the emails.

The default behaviour is to show all the authorisers to the applicant to pick from while they are sending the timesheet for approval. The one the applicant selects is the one who will receive the notification.

So, If you want to change this behaviour, this needs to be logged as Change Request with your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
