Any statuses can be found by clicking
From the Ribbon, click Options and then click Status.
Select the Status list required.
๐ Note: The statuses In Access RDB are ordered by the POS number. The POS number can be viewed by selecting it as an additional column using the field chooser.
When creating a new status manually the POS defaults to the next available position, therefore, the order of it is chronological rather than alphabetical or numerical.
If the user wishes the Status list to be in a specific order this will fall into the skills of our professional services team to investigate and quote. If you would like this, please speak to your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to arrange this for you.
