Custom Column created in Access Recruitment CRM gives error when loading in RDB

This article explains why, if you have created a new custom column in Access Recruitment CRM, when you load Access RDB, you get an error: Internal Error: Failed to load data into screen Details: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

If you intend using both systems then it would be better to create the custom columns in Access RDB which will then be visible in Access Recruitment CRM.

To solve the problem, delete the columns in Access Recruitment CRM and add them back in Access RDB

⚠️ Warning: Any information entered into those columns in Access Recruitment CRM will be lost when you delete the columns.
