Recover deleted data

This article explains what to do if you should accidentally delete data from Access RDB - it may be possible to retrieve it.

There is no guarantee that the data can be recovered but it may be possible for our Professional Services team to retrieve it. If you host your own SQL server then it would depend in the availability of suitable backup files.

Please speak to your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to arrange this for you and supply them with as as much information about what was deleted including when this happened, the name of the file(s) and any other relevant information.

⚠️ Important: There will in all likelihood be a cost associated with this.
