A workflow is no longer working as expected

This article explains what to do if compulsory/mandatory fields are not being enforced - workflow not working.

If your workflow is no longer working as expected, please check that the following conditions are true:

  • A workflow appropriate for the type of record presenting the issue is present.

  • That workflow has a status of enabled, if it should be applied to all users.

If the workflow was created and provided by Access, and still does not work as expected after the above checks have been made, please raise a new online case and reference the title of this article.

Please also supply details of which workflow, and where the problem is being experienced.
