RDB's built-in document editor can occasionally misinterpret list numbers, bullets or indenting. Options to work around this are:

  • Save your original Word document as an older .doc or .rtf (rich text format) file before importing into your template.

- Or -

  • Paste your document into the template editor as unformatted text the format it as follows:

    1. Select all of the document content and hit Ctrl + C.

    2. In a new empty Notepad document hit Ctrl + V.

    3. Select the whole Notepad document and hit Ctrl + C.

    4. In the template editor clear the whole content.

    5. Still in the template editor hit Ctrl + V.

    6. Apply numbering, bulleting or indents using the template editor's built in formatting tools.
