There is a Manager's Activity Report which displays consultant / user numbers and their activities on the database:
Click Reports and click Reports again.
Under the Category Name (left hand side) Click Managers Report.
Select the Managers Report on the right hand side and click View.
On the Manager's Report window:
Choose the date range the report needs to cover.
Choose which Consultant or team Group to cover.
Select the report criteria.
Select the Output format.
Click Run to get the report.
