The AWR Status for the applicant indicates if their working weeks are being calculated for the AWR clock. The AWR clock is visible on the applicant's placement. The AWR status is set automatically in line with the applicant’s payment type (which is in the Employment Details section on their record):
In scope (AWR is applied).
Out of scope (AWR is not applied).
Swedish derogation (the derogation rules are applied).
⚠️ Important: Additional statuses can be added (via Options/Status/AWR Status) but any new status will need to have a system code assigned to it. This system code is how the database knows if AWR is applicable and if AWR week calculations are needed.
